GETTING STARTED
We are accepting new patients and would love to hear from you! Before scheduling your first appointment, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for all prospective clients. This allows us to understand your goals, answer any initial questions, and ensure that we’re the right fit to work together.

Please note the following important details:
- We currently see clients age 18-65 who are physically located in Rhode Island (due to telehealth regulations).

We strongly encourage our patients to establish care with a dedicated therapist to complement the work we do together. To learn more, visit the "More About Therapy" tab.

Hours & Holiday Closures
We currently offer appointments Monday through Friday, by appointment only. At this time, we are closed on weekends.

We observe all major Rhode Island state holidays and will not be available during these times.
In the event of an emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911, or present to your nearest emergency room.

All medication refill requests should be submitted through your patient portal. Please allow 3 business days for processing. We encourage submitting refill requests well in advance of holidays or weekends to avoid interruptions in care.
