​We are currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.​ If you have BCBS or Aetna, we will bill your insurance directly for covered services. Standard copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply based on your plan.

We are in the process of credentialing with additional insurance companies. If you have a different insurer, you may:

Choose to wait until we are in-network with your plan (timeline not guaranteed), or

Be seen as a private pay patient, understanding that there is no guarantee of future coverage or reimbursement through your insurer.​
We are happy to provide superbills upon request if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

For patients who have health insurance plans with
out-of-network benefits:
We are happy to provide detailed receipts (superbills) for patients who have health insurance plans that offer out-of-network reimbursement.
This can help to lower the out-of-pocket cost for the patient.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
